Team Magness build and Girl’s Retreat
About Our Trip
The goal of this trip is to encourage others in the love of Christ. We will do several projects while we interact with people in the colonies of Juarez, MX to form relationships and to share what we have with others. We will put together 200 food bags for distribution, build a home for a family in need, and participate with the youth at their weekly youth event.AND, we will support the girls in the colonias with a Girl's Retreat featuring live and recorded speakers who offer support, counseling, and FUN with crafts, food, and laughter. The girls face many challenges, and we bring a licensed local counselor and pastor to offer counseling and encouragement to them. This retreat is in its third year, and we see many rewarding results of our time with the girls.
Whether you want to build a house, support the youth, or feed families in need, you will find this to be a rewarding and educational trip. We invite you to contact Ann Magness for more details! Her contact information is [email protected], 303-887-8222.
